MLI’s Digital Marketing Platform makes Multi-Channel Marketing Easy
Digital marketing by definition is a multi-channel concept, reaching consumers using Print, Direct mail, Internet; email, (Purl website), mobile and other interactive channels. Sometimes marketers tend to focus on one channel at the time, hurting their effectiveness in the process. MLI’s all inclusive digital marketing platform get the channels working effectively together for guaranteed results.
While digital marketing can certainly be effective using one message type, it is a lot more successful when a marketer combines multiple channels within the same campaign. For instance, if a company is trying to promote a new product, program or special offer, they could send out a direct mail piece, email message or text campaign individually. This, if appropriately executed, could yield encouraging results; nevertheless this same campaign could be exponentially improved if multiple message types are implemented and makes for superior value.
A direct mail piece with a (Purl website) including an email could be sent to a list of potential customers with a special offer for those customers that also includes their cell phone number. This is an example which not only would post the offer on the (Purl website) with our platform, but would allow for a follow up campaign a few days later sent via text message (SMS) with the special offer attached. A multi-channel approach not only improves the overall effectiveness for your campaign, but also provides an enhanced level of engagement to your target audience along the way.
An assortment of push and pull message technologies can also be used in conjunction with each other. For example, an email campaign can include an e-newsletter, or link to a content download, which enables a marketer to have the best of both worlds in regards to their marketing methodology or line of attack. All of these technologies are tracked real-time for results and action.
It goes without saying, taking a multi-channel approach requires the right tools, software and partner to facilitate, but happily the advancement of technologies and marketing platforms simplify the entire process and makes multi-channel marketing all seem effortless. MLI’s all-inclusive digital marketing platform is a perfect example of multi-channel marketing made easy. Ask about our platforms today including PURLIT, EZBLASTERS and INTENT MAIL.

MLI is joining the ranks of the progressive, environmentally responsible businesses as a Green Printer. Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) Chain of Custody initiative for MLI
Tampa, Florida.( June 30, 2008) MLI's environmental dedication has a long history based on making the best possible use of all resources and minimizing environmental impacts. The first step is to use resources as conventionally as possible. We were one of the first to use non-hazardous inks. We reuse or recycle all that is possible. As a final point, we evaluate materials that leave our plants for disposal, using recycling partners to benefit the environment.
Our long term approach makes perfect business sense, too. When business and environmental welfare happen together, it can be very productive. By not only dropping consumption of raw materials such as paper and ink, but by using certified products we reduce the amount of energy used.
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC) provide Chain of Custody certifications which are a integral part of sustainable business practices for MLI and our customers. By pursuing FSC, SFI and PEFC Chain of Custody standards, MLI provides assurance to our customers and their consumers that the fiber in their products has been traced from the forest to the finished product; which is not only reasonable but responsible.
